If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. 

To get a refund, the returned item has to be unused and in the same condition as you've received it. The easiest way to return is to use the original packaging from our store.

When we have received your returned item, it will be inspected to consider it refundable. When it passes our inspection, your refund will be sent within 4 days of receiving the returned item. 

In some instances only a partial refund will be given;
Moons with signs of use
Every item not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons outside of our control
Every item returned after more than 30 days of delivery

Shipping to the customer will be paid by Dappermaentje. 
Returned shipping will be paid by the customer and will not be compensated.
